Sales Assistant - Drummonds

Full Job Description

Drummonds are looking for Looking for an organized, well presented Sales Assistant to join our team and work in Drummonds flagship London showroom in Chelsea. Working Monday to Friday with up to 2 Saturdays per month

You will need to be confident and assertive enough to interact with leading interior designers and demonstrate creativity and excellent client facing skills

Applications are invited from candidates who are either starting out on their sales career or those looking to build on their existing sales experience.

Your main responsibilities are:

-Ensure thorough knowledge of product lines and options to clients

-Manage customer relationships to ensure repeat/referral business and support long term goals

-Responsible for scheduling presentations for design firms outside and in the showroom to educate on product lines.

-Assist trade clients when in showroom

-Pre-qualify and assist new leads who contact us via phone or email

-Impeccable communication and networking skills.

-Responsible for assisting clients from quoting, order processing to customer follow ups.

– Strong IT skills are essential and experience of using a CRM system ideal, however, full training will be given

-Answering questions regarding changes and status of orders.

-Resolving issues related to order, shipment, and payments.
